Tickets for  MS Therapy centre fashion show fund raiser on 17th June at the shirehall  Hereford are now on Sale.   Tickets are £8 which includes a drink and nibbles as before. No amazing dancers this year sorry but lots of bargain clothes for summer.  For further details please telephone on 01432 261249 😭

Happy new Year to all our members.  This is going to be an exciting year as we embark on raising funds to extend our building.  This will provide more space for us to use for physiotherapy and exercise classes.  Watch this space exciting times

Remember our Christmas meal this year will be held at the Bay Horse Inn on Wednesday 10th December at 12.30pm! Contact the centre for more information or to book your place.

For Christmas this year, the centre will be closed on the 24th, 25th and 26th of December. We will be reopening on Monday 29th December. On New Years Eve, the 31st, we will have a limited amount of sessions available in the morning, please contact the centre if you would like to book in or find out about any available spaces.

Winter Vegetable Broth and Croutons (v)

Baked whole Camembert with warm Ciabatta strips for dipping

Duck Liver Pate with Orange and Cognac served with Red Onion Chutney

Severn and Wye Smoked Salmon with Dill Mustard Sauce

Mains

Traditional local Turkey with Pigs in Blankets and homemade Stuffing

Grilled 8oz Hereford Rump Steak served with Garden Peas, Chips, Tomato and Dressed Leaves

Baked Sea Bass Served on a Potato and Parsnip puree with White Wine and Cream sauce and a fresh pan fried Scottish Langoustine

Warm Winter Salad of Radicchio with Wild Rocket and Feta (v)

Slow roast Lamb shank with Sweet Potato puree in Port, Cranberry and Rosemary gravy

 

All main dishes are served with roast potatoes, fresh vegetables and gravy

On the 21st September we participated in the Hereford Running Festival. Staff, members and friends helped out and participated in various races throughout the day. We had a fantastic day and all for a good cause!

Thank you to Harrison Clarke for funding our Hydro Pool sessions each month.  Great fun was had by all.

A big thank you to Sainsburys supermarket,  Hereford for their kind donation of £10 voucher.  A very much appreciated raffle prize for our fund raising “music festival” evening to be held on 21st March in  Neville Hall social Club, Abergavenny.
